Gratitude

Write down 3 things you’re grateful for and as you write them, truly FEEL gratitude coursing through your whole body like every cell inside you is smiling at the same time.

Many scientific studies have proven that regularly expressing gratitude for what you have tells your brain to watch for things to be grateful for. It promotes positivity and makes you feel happier without you even having to change anything about your life.

Today's Priorities

If you often feel like you’re spinning your wheels and not getting as much done as you could, embrace this practice with everything you’ve got.

Write down your 3 top priorities for the day and actually prioritize getting them done. Make sure these are important to YOU, not obligations you’ve made to someone else. And ensure they are tasks you can complete today; not projects that will take a long time. The success of completing these will leave you feeling accomplished at the end of the day even if the rest of your day was lacklustre.
