As a life coach and mountain bike coach, I'm fascinated by the impact our conscious and unconscious thoughts play in everything we do.
My curiosity about how to better understand the hidden reasons for doing the things we do (or not doing the things we don't do) led me to read voraciously about personal development for years before taking the CTI coach training program in 2020. And that experience led me to the mental fitness program, where I discovered my saboteurs and learned how to manage them.
