As a life coach and mountain bike coach, I'm fascinated by the impact our conscious and unconscious thoughts play in performance, relationships and happiness.

One of the biggest challenges I see when I'm teaching women to mountain bike is the dialogue in their minds. When fear takes hold, they can have all the skill in the world, but their brain won't let them execute.

My curiosity about how to best help people get out of their own way led me to read voraciously about personal development for years before taking the CTI coach training program in 2020. And that experience soon led me to the mental fitness program.

I love working with people who are doers, action-takers—the folks who love to laugh, go on adventures and learn new things. Life is never dull when you are curious about the world and everything in it.
